Running concurrently with the Public Links Championship at El Dorado Park GC, the Public Links Net Championship offers two competitive flights and features golfers of all skill levels who belong to a public or affiliate golf club.
Arroyo Flight
Christian Tafolla, the only player in his 50-player flight to record two championship rounds in red figures, is the 2026 SCGA Public Links Net Championship (Arroyo) winner. Starting the final 18 holes in seventh place, Tafolla carded a 70 to ultimately clear the field by a single stroke. His championship victory was highlighted by a 160-yard hole out from a fairway bunker on the 17th hole at Skylinks GC.
Mission Flight
Ajay Miller’s tournament-low round of 66 on Thursday proved to be the catalyst in making him the 2026 SCGA Public Links Championship (Mission) winner. Miller’s stellar opening round was followed by a steady even par 72, good enough for a three-shot victory. Over the course of 36 holes, Miller made an astonishing 15 birdies.
