The Women’s Amateur Net Championship, conducted at Skylinks GC, brought together women of all skill levels from across the Southland to compete in the SCGA's first event of the 2026 season. The 48-player field was split into two flights, with one champion emerging from each.
Arroyo Flight
Karen Bridges wins the Arroyo Flight by one stroke after a tightly contested championship. Bridges entered the final round leading by a single shot and managed to hang on to the slim lead to secure the victory.
Mission Flight
Jung Modrich ran away with the Mission Flight victory, finishing with a net score of five-under. With a six stroke lead heading into the final round, Modrich didn't let anyone threaten her as she won her flight by four strokes.
