Familiar names of Corey Weworski and MK Zordani of La Costa and Bighorn GC finished atop the Women's Four-Ball Championship leaderboard once again, after two-days of best-ball competition at Indian Wells GC.
Weworski/Zordani started out strong with a 69, tied for first with Diane Irvin and Linda Olsen. It was in round two where they really kicked it into gear, earning seven of their 10 birdies and a final round 65 to seal the deal. At 10-under 134 with six strokes to spare, the back-to-back championship title was theirs for the taking.
To complete the top three were duos Angelina Kim/Angelica Kusnowo's 4-under 140 (SCGA West) and Mina Hardin and Ailam Newkirk's 2-under 142 (Coronado GC and Newport Beach CC, respectively.)
