Once again, Christmas came early for Matt Rafter of Industry Hills GC, going home as now back-to-back champion of the SCGA Tournament of Club Champions at San Diego CC.
His double bogey on No. 3 didn't stop Rafter, as he proceeded to sink five birdies over the course of the round. That gave him a three-stroke lead for the title.
Dan Sullivan of Brookside GC finished second, followed by San Diego CC member, Jimmy Harris.
