Trailing by one stroke and sitting in a tie for second place entering the final round, Eunice Cho and Wendy Ohlmeyer delivered a clutch performance to claim the 2026 SCGA Senior Women’s Four-Ball Championship.

The duo came out strong in the opening round, carding two birdies over their first four holes. A bogey on No. 8 slowed their momentum, but they still made the turn at 1-under par. After a steady stretch of pars on the back nine, a bogey on No. 17 threatened to leave them at even par for the day. Cho responded in style, rolling in a birdie on the 18th hole to secure a 1-under round and a share of second place, just one shot off the lead heading into the final round.

Paired alongside leaders Itsuko Moridaira and Tina Barker in the final group, Cho and Ohlmeyer wasted no time applying pressure, birdieing the second hole. A bogey on No. 3 erased the gain, and another dropped shot on No. 9 left them with ground to make up. Moridaira and Barker turned at 1-over for the day and 1-under for the championship, maintaining a one-shot advantage with nine holes remaining.

Undeterred, Cho and Ohlmeyer mounted their charge on the back nine. A birdie at No. 10 immediately pulled them closer, and the pair continued to play steady, consistent golf. Both teams carded birdies on No. 15, setting the stage for a dramatic finish. When Moridaira and Barker made bogeys on Nos. 16 and 18, Cho and Ohlmeyer seized the opportunity. Pars on Nos. 16 and 17 set the table for a championship-clinching birdie on No. 18, securing a three-stroke victory.

The win capped a remarkable week for Cho, who became the first player in SCGA history to capture two championships in the same week after also winning the SCGA Senior Women’s Match Play Championship earlier in the week.
